The Republican-controlled House of Representatives voted to repeal the Affordable Care Act - designed to provide millions of people and families quality, affordable health care - for the 31st time today. Instead of passing bills to create jobs, boost the economy, or working to fix a number of other issues facing our country, they're passing a mostly symbolic vote.
