It's Long Since Time to End the Bush Tax Cuts

If you're like us, watching the RNC was a dizzying display of a party just completely out of touch with the day to day struggles hard-working families across the country are faced with. Under the Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan plan, we'd see cut after cut after cut to crucial programs that millions of us rely on. Pell Grants? Cut. Social Security? Slashed. Medicare? Privatized. From our schools to our services to our social safety net, they would gut everything - all so they can provide $1 trillion in tax cuts to the wealthiest 2%. All on the back of the working class backbone of this country.

Enough is enough. It's time to end the Bush-era tax cuts once and for all for the wealthy. It's time to invest money into our schoosl, our infrastructure, and our crucial social services. Sign the petition if you reject further tax cuts for the wealthy.
