Buffalo: Presentation on The Elderly Pharmaceutical Insurance Coverage
Come join us for the second of a series of three PowerPoint presentations at the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library. This weeks presentation is on EPIC- The Elderly Pharmaceutical Insurance Coverage, a prescription drug assistance program for seniors. This presentation will discuss EPIC as we currently know it, the changes which occurred to the program in July 2011, and the changes that will occur in January 2012.
The Public Policy and Education Fund was founded in 1986 to address critical social, economic, racial and environmental issues facing low and moderate income New York State residents. Our areas of work have included health care, education, after-school programs, voter participation, economic development and consumer issues. A member of the Health Care for All New York coalition, PPEF fought to win significant health care reform.
